If it’s actionable now; if yes, use Create Task for single-step items or tasks within an existing project, or Create Project for new multi-step items; if no, use Delete for unneeded items, Create Deferred Project for future actions, Create Contact for new contacts, Create Bucket for grouping tasks/projects, or Create Note for reference material.
